ECP grills PTI's Gujranwala candidate

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) candidate Nasir Cheema from Gujranwala's constituency PP-62 (formerly PP-97) used the picture of army chief and chief justice of Pakistan for his election campaign but has landed into trouble because it was in line with the violation of ECP code of conduct.

Chief election commissioner Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza inquired the PTI candidate asking if they were related to him and on what basis he has used their pictures.

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) asked Cheema to submit a written reply, asking him to give reasons as to why he should not be stopped from contesting the elections.
