Six Union council chairmans issued notice

Description

Six Union Council Chairmans are issued a notice for violating the ECP code of conduct. According to the news, PP 68 independent candidate Qamar Khan was presiding a meeting at a local restaurant where the UC chairmans were also present and publically announced their association with the independent candidate.

This is in line with the violation of ECP code of conduct as no deputy mayor, chairman or local government bodies can announce their association or render any sort of support to the political parties.
